A Cedar Hill woman and a High Ridge woman and man were hurt late Thursday afternoon (Aug. 13) in a two-car accident on Little Antire Road south of Victory Lane in High Ridge, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 4:20 p.m., Maya N. Decker, 19, of Cedar Hill was driving a 2006 Mazda 3 north on Little Antire Road, and while rounding a curve and allegedly traveling too fast for the wet conditions, the car slid, crossed the double-yellow line and struck the front of a southbound 2010 Honda Accord driven by Saturn R. Tinker, 23, of High Ridge, the report said.
Decker and Tinker were moderately injured, as was a passenger in the Accord – Daniel S. Becher, 24, of High Ridge – and all three were taken by private conveyance to area hospitals, according to the report.
Decker went to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Both Tinker and Becher went to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, where they were treated and released, a spokeswoman said.
All three were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.
The two cars were totaled, the report said.
