John F. Naylor, 61, of St. Louis was injured Sunday night , Sept. 25, in a one-vehicle accident on the southbound ramp from Hwy. 21 to Hwy. 141 north of Arnold, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 9:28 p.m., Naylor was driving a southbound 2006 Chrysler Town and Country and fell asleep before running off the right side of the road, where the front of the minivan struck a guardrail, the report said.
Naylor was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesperson said.
According to the report, Naylor was wearing a seat belt and the vehicle was moderately damaged.
