A 35-year-old De Soto man was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he crashed a Jeep into a house in the 700 block of West Miller Street in De Soto. No one was injured, said Capt. Jeffery Wynn, assistant chief of the De Soto Police Department.
He said De Soto Police got a call around 3:15 p.m. Nov. 26 about the 1995 Jeep Cherokee crashing into the house.
“It was a single-vehicle crash,” Wynn said. “There was moderate damage to the Jeep. There is some damage to the house. A concrete curb was torn up.”
He said the report does not state if anyone was home when the accident occurred.
The suspect was booked and released pending application for warrants, Wynn said.
