Christopher W. Kelch, 22, of Barnhart died Tuesday night, Nov. 28, when he was standing or walking on Hwy. 61-67 at Cedar Drive in Imperial and was struck by a car, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 10:43 p.m., Patricia L. Fellabaum, 24, of Pevely was driving a southbound 2006 Nissan Altima and struck Kelch, the report said.
According to the report, Rock Community Fire Protection District personnel pronounced Kelch dead at 10:56 p.m. the same day.
Fellabaum was wearing a seat belt, and the Nissan was moderately damaged, the report said.
