Thomas J. Schulz II, 27, of Imperial was killed early April 13 in a one-vehicle accident in the 3200 block of Telegraph Road in Arnold, according to Arnold Police.
At 3 a.m., Schulz was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado south on Telegraph approaching Hawksbury Drive, and the vehicle ran off the right side of the road, where it struck a utility pole and overturned, Jones said.
Schulz was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was not wearing a seat belt, Jones said.
