Wesley C. Davis, 30, of High Ridge was injured Monday, Nov. 14, in a three-vehicle accident on Hwy. 61 south of East Pitman Road in St. Charles County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 11:57 p.m., Davis was driving a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser north on the highway and struck the rear of a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan that had malfunctioned and stalled in the road. Romy D. Baker Jr., 32, of University City had been driving the Caravan, the report said.
Debris from the accident struck a northbound 2016 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Terry L. Baker Jr., 28, of Wentzille, according to the report.
Davis was moderately injured and taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur where he was listed in good condition this afternoon, Nov. 16, a hospital spokeswoman said.
According to the report, all three drivers were wearing seat belts.
The Cruiser and Caravan were extensively damaged and the Silverado sustained minor damage, the report said.
