A Franklin County man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident early Saturday evening, Feb. 11, on Jones Creek Road west of Weber Lane near Oermann.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Spencer Mees, 56, of St. Clair was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 west on Jones Creek Road at 7:05 p.m. when he drove off the left side of the road and the pickup hit a tree.
Mees suffered serious injuries and he was taken by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, the report said.
An update on his condition was not available.
Mees was not wearing a seat belt, the report said. The pickup was totaled, according to the report.
