Lisa M. Rouse, 43, of Fenton was hurt Christmas Eve (Dec. 24) in an accident on Delores Drive just north of Brooke Drive in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Rouse was driving a 2000 Honda Civic south on Delores Drive and failed to negotiate a turn to the left, causing the car to travel off the right side of the road where it struck a fire hydrant, the report said.
She was moderately injured and taken by private conveyance to an area urgent care, according to the report.
Rouse was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car was extensively damaged, the report said.
