A Fenton motorcyclist was injured Saturday morning (Sept. 22) in an accident involving a car and another motorcycle on Hwy. 100 in Gray Summit in Franklin County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Albert Kenter, 79, of Hillsboro was driving east on West Osage Street and was turning left onto Hwy. 100 at 11:10 a.m. when he failed to yield the right of way to a 1996 Harley Davidson Low Rider motorcycle ridden by David Dostal, 56, of Fenton. The motorcycle ran into the side of the Subaru, then a 2012 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic ridden by Michael Pryor, 62, of High Ridge, ran into Dostal’s motorcycle.

The report made no mention of injuries to Kenter or Pryor, but Dostal sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Meramec Ambulance to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, the report said.

An update on his condition was not available.

Both motorcyclists were wearing helmets and Kenter was wearing a seat belt, the report said. Dostal’s bike had extensive damage while Pryor’s motorcycle and the car had moderate damage.
