Robert L. Ferguson, 59, of Fenton was injured Dec. 29 when the pickup he was riding in was struck in the intersection of Hwy. 30 and Weber Hill Road in St. Louis County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At about 9:50 p.m., Ferguson was riding in a westbound 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Gary A. Ferguson, 56, of Fenton, and while the pickup was stopped at a red light at Weber Hill Road, the right side of it was struck by the front of a 2006 Acura TL headed east on Hwy. 30 and driven by Josef M. Graf, 17, of St. Louis, a report said.
No injuries were reported for Gary Ferguson or Graf.
However, Robert Ferguson was moderately injured and taken by Fenton Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said Tuesday (Jan. 2).
Both drivers and Robert Ferguson were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.
