Jason R. Hussey, 33, of Dittmer was seriously injured Monday evening (Nov. 2) in a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. WW south of Running Deer Drive in Dittmer, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 6:15 p.m., Hussey was driving a 1995 Ford F150 north on the highway and lost control of the pickup, which ran off the right side of the road and struck a sign and culvert and overturned, the report said.
He was taken by Big River Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, where he was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.
Hussey was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The pickup was totaled, the report said.
