Harley D. Hedley, 66, of De Soto was hurt Friday morning (March 20) in a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. V at Berry Dairy Road south of De Soto, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 7:40 a.m., Hedley was driving a southbound 1993 Ford F250, and the pickup ran off the right side of the road, where it struck a curve-warning road sign and then trees, the report said.
He was taken by Valle Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County.
Hedley was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The pickup was totaled, the report said.
