Michael S. Engelman, 49, of Crystal City was seriously hurt Sunday afternoon (June 12) in a motorcycle wreck on Hwy. B about two miles north of Hwy. 94 in Warren County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 1:20 p.m., Engelman was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson north on Hwy. B and failed to negotiate a curve before the bike overturned, the report said.
Engelman was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur, where he was listed in satisfactory condition this morning (June 14), a hospital spokeswoman said.
He was wearing a helmet, the patrol reported.
The bike sustained minor damage, the report said.
