Cynthia L. Butler, 70, of Cedar Hill was hurt in a one-car accident Dec. 30 on Dulin Creek Road south of Sara Drive in House Springs, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 2:40 p.m., Butler was driving a 2015 Kia Soul south on Dulin Creek Road, and the car ran off the right side of the road where it struck a mailbox and then continued forward, striking a sign post and a tree, the report said.
Butler sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Big River Ambulance to SSM St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, according to the report.
She was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car was extensively damaged, the report said.
