A Cedar Hill woman was injured Sunday (July 4) in a one-car accident at East Four Ridge and East Swaller roads in the Imperial area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 7:30 p.m., Kyle D. Negri, 29, of Dittmer was driving a southbound 2004 Hyundai Tiburon and ran off the road, and then the car struck a tree and overturned, the report said.
No injuries were reported for Negri. However, a passenger in the car – Nichole C. Deck, 36, of Cedar Hills – was moderately injured and taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South.
Neither Negri nor Deck was wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The car was totaled, the report said.
