Hayley M. Bays, 18, of Cedar Hill was seriously hurt Friday night (May 31) in a one-vehicle accident on Little Dutch Creek Road south of Dutch Creek Road in Cedar Hill, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 11 p.m., Bays was driving a 2010 GMC Sierra south on Little Dutch Creek Road, and the pickup ran off the right side of the road, where it struck a road sign and overturned, ejecting her, the report said.
She was taken by helicopter to Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur.
No information about her condition was available today (June 1).
Bays was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
The pickup was totaled, the report said.
