traffic accident patrol patch

Maggie B. Patralski, 32, of Arnold was hurt this morning (Oct. 20) in a three-vehicle accident on Imperial Main Street at I-55, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

At 7:48 a.m., Patralski, driving a 2009 GMC Yukon, was stopped for a red light in the left turn lane on eastbound Imperial Main waiting to turn onto northbound I-55, when Brandon A. Frazier, 19, of Imperial, driving an eastbound 2000 Ford Explorer, struck the rear of the Yukon, which then was pushed into the rear of a pickup stopped in front of the Yukon on eastbound Imperial Main, the report said.

Gary M. Bollinger, 46, of Imperial was driving the pickup, a 2008 Ford E250. No injuries were reported for him or for Frazier.

Patralski sustained moderate injuries and was taken by Rock Township Ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where she was treated and released, a hospital spokesman said.

All three drivers were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.

The Yukon and pickup sustained minor damage, and the Explorer was extensively damaged, the report said.
