Stella E. Wolf, 58, of Arnold was hurt Wednesday (Dec. 6) in a three-vehicle accident on Hwy. 141 south of Hwy. 21 in the Arnold area, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
At 6:28 a.m., Wolf was driving a 2013 Hyundai Sonata north on Hwy. 141, where Mildred L. Lay, 60, of De Soto, driving a southbound 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, attempted to turn left, crossing northbound Hwy. 141, and the front left corner of the Traverse struck the left side of the Sonata, the report said.
Then, the front left corner of the Sonata struck the right rear corner of a northbound van – a 2017 Chevrolet Express driven by Martin A. Politte, 55, of Bonne Terre, according to the report.
No injuries were reported for Lay or Politte. However, Wolf was moderately injured ad taken by Rock Township Ambulance to St Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, the report said.
All those involved in the accident were wearing seat belts, the patrol reported.
The Sonata was extensively damaged, the Traverse was moderately damaged, and the Express had minor damage, the report said.
