Adam R. Tourville, 35, of Arnold died from his injuries after a car struck him while he was riding a motorcycle on Hwy. 61-67 at River Dale Drive near Arnold, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
At 2:16 p.m. on Oct. 17, a 17-year-old Arnold girl was driving an eastbound 2006 Honda Accord and turned left into the path of Tourville, who riding a northbound 2003 Harley Davidson XL1200C. The car struck the motorcycle, the report said.
Tourville was seriously injured and taken by Joachim-Plattin Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South in south St. Louis County, the report said.
Tourville later died, a hospital spokesman said.
The patrol did not release the 17-year-old’s name because she is a juvenile.
Tourville was not wearing a Department of Transportation-approved helmet, the patrol reported.
The teen was wearing a seat belt, and both vehicles were totaled, the report said.
