Jade does not want to be too far away from owner Janine Sparks of House Springs, Sparks said.
Jade, 7, is a blue heeler.
“She’s like my shadow,” Sparks said. “She follows me all around. She’s a sweet girl.”

“I feed the birds behind my house several times a week, and she loves to go,” Sparks said. “I think she looks protective and proud.
“She loves to go to a creek behind our house. She loves the water. She loves the outdoors.”
Jade is friendly.
“She’s real good with kids,” Sparks said. “She’s just a good dog.”
