Baili Dezso of Festus said her Great Danes, Elsa, 5, and Onyx, 4, get along well.
In fact, Elsa, a female, and Onyx, a male, are best friends, Dezso said.
“They love each other,” she said. “He’s her annoying little brother.”
The dogs have contrasting personalities, though.
“Elsa is a couch potato,” Dezso said. “She loves being on the couch all snuggled up.
“Onyx is goofy. He jumps really high in the air. He gets the ‘zoomies’ where he’ll jump from couch to couch. He also likes to suck on his stuffed animals like pacifiers.”
Dezso said she’s glad she has Elsa and Onyx in her life.
“They’re my babies,” she said.
