Lucy, a 15-week-old Bernedoodle, is a pleasure, said owner Dianna Bushnell of Festus.
“She’s as sweet as they come,” Bushnell said. “Lucy’s such a sweet, little girl. She’s very affectionate.”
Bushnell said Bernedoodles are mixtures of Bernese mountain dogs and poodles.
“(Lucy) thinks she’s a lap dog. She’ll jump in your lap. She’s about 35, 40 pounds. She’s going to get to about 80 pounds.”
Lucy has puppy energy, Bushnell said.
“She loves to run outside. She loves to run around in our yard. She can be active inside, too. She’s playful with our other pets.”
