Christina Valli of Imperial says her 6-year-old Boston terrier, Frankie, is a TV fan.
“He’ll actually lounge on the couch with the TV on, Valli said. “I leave the TV on for him.
“When he sees an animal on the screen, he goes crazy and tries to jump on the TV.”
And, yes, Frankie is named after the famous singer.
“I couldn’t resist. I named him Frankie Valli,” she said. “People my age understand it. Younger people don’t get it.”
Valli has another dog, Sophie, 3, a Boston terrier/boxer mix. Of the two, Frankie is a little more laid back and likes to be pampered more, Valli said.
“Frankie loves being held like a baby and having his belly rubbed,” she said. “He and Sophie both like to swim, but Frankie likes to lounge on a raft.”
