Dawn Capstick of Festus said she likes to take photos of her dogs, Griffin and Titan.
“I always take dog pictures. They’re like our children,” Capstick said.
She said the dogs don’t seem too bothered by being photographed.
“They’re pretty good about sitting for pictures,” Capstick said. “They’re OK for a little bit – for about 30 seconds. Then, they usually take off what I put on them.”
Griffin, 8, a yellow Labrador and Titan, 6, a silver Labrador, both are purebred males.
“Silver Labs are chocolate Labs that have been genetically altered,” Capstick said.
She said the dogs are buddies even though they have contrasting personalities.
“They get along together,” Capstick said. “Titan is very active. Griffin just wants to watch Titan and relax and eat food.”
