Grover is “a very playful 3-year-old male cat looking for a new home,” staff says.
Festus Animal Control will charge an $80 fee to adopt Grover, which covers the cost of neutering and a rabies vaccination. To adopt Grover or for more information, call Festus Animal Control at 636-933-3619.
