I took this picture of my 2-year-old dog, Jackson, in my backyard pool in July 2014. Jack loves to ride his surfboard, a solid float he rides.
In the summer, he likes to get in the pool. He really likes the water, but he prefers to ride the float. He stays on it real well.
Jack is our first miniature dachshund. We were looking for a small breed of dog to stay in the house.
He’s pretty laid back. He gets along well with people. He’s usually not around other animals.
He plays ball. He can actually catch a tennis ball.
