The Festus High School Marching Tigers' summer band camp this year was a battle against the elements -- the first two days were held in searing heat, the last three spent mainly inside while thunderstorms passed through the region. The Tigers had to come prepared, rain or shine. However, the band was able to show its stuff at a preview for parents on Aug. 3 at Tiger Stadium.
