3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 fresh cranberries
1 medium size orange

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle granulated sugar on the bottom.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and orange zest from orange.
Beat together the sugar and softened butter then eggs 1 at a time until well mixed.
Add juice from entire orange and sour cream to above mixture. Incorporate dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Once mixed throughly, fold in cranberries. Pour into bundt pan and bake 45-50 minutes. Once cooled and flipped sprinkle powered sugar on top.
