1 pound (4 cups) fresh cranberries
4 oranges – peeled, sectioned and seeded
2 cups sugar
1 unpeeled apple, cored and sliced
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 can (8.5 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
Chop cranberries in food processor, then add oranges and chop again. Add remaining ingredients; pulse several seconds to blend. Chill several hours before serving.
