Jefferson County Library

The Jefferson County Library’s three branches closed beginning 6 p.m. Tuesday (March 17).

The recorded message says those in possession of library system materials should keep them and late fees will not accumulate during the closure.

Information on the district’s website includes the following: “We have cancelled all programs and special events. We have cancelled all meeting room reservations by other organizations and groups. We have cancelled all library outreach efforts and community visits.”

A post on the system’s Facebook page encourages patrons to access the library’s online resources.

The library system’s branches include the Arnold Branch, 1701 Missouri State Road; the Northwest Branch, 5680 Hwy. PP, in High Ridge; and the Windsor Branch, 7479 Metropolitan Blvd., in Barnhart.
