A TV and a purse recently were stolen from a home on Creek Drive in the Fenton area, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The burglary took place between 10 p.m. April 2 and 5:30 a.m. April 3.
A 42-inch Sanyo TV and a purse containing $9 in cash, credit cards and other items were stolen. In all, the items were valued at $600, the report said.
The thief or thieves got into the home through an unlocked front door, according to the report.
No arrests had been made as of April 13, said Capt. Ron Arnhart of the Sheriff’s Office.
