Two Festus women, one 29 and the other 18, were arrested about 5:40 p.m. July 8, for allegedly shoplifting at the Kohl’s store in Arnold, Arnold Police report.
The 29-year-old reportedly was caught stealing $362 in merchandise, and the 18-year-old allegedly stole about $666 in items, the report said.
The older woman already was wanted on a Crystal City warrant for stealing, and the teen was wanted on warrants from Crystal City, Jefferson County and St. Louis for traffic violations, according to the report.
Both women were booked at the Arnold Police Department and then held for the other agencies, the report said.
