The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about the theft of tree cameras and scrap metal from a farm in the 14000 block of Klondike Road in the De Soto area.

Between 3 p.m. Jan. 7 and 8 a.m. Jan. 10, a Bushnell tree camera and a Moultree tree camera and scrap metal, worth a total of about $1,200, were stolen, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

A cable used to secure a gate to the property had been cut, the report said.

No arrests had been made as of Jan. 25, said Capt. Ron Arnhart of the Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
