A gun and other items recently were stolen from an unlocked car parked at a home in the 2100 block of Bryan Drive in High Ridge, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
A Ruger LCP .380 pistol, a DeSantis holster and an LED flashlight were stolen from the car between 5 p.m. March 1 and 7 p.m. March 4, the report said.
The items are valued at about $377, according to the report.
They had been inside the console of the car, a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, that was left unlocked while it was parked in a carport at the home, the report said.
No arrests had been made as of March 8, said Capt. Ron Arnhart of the Sheriff’s Office.
