On her final attempt, the senior leaped a personal-best 5.34 meters to win the Class 1 state long jump at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City on May 24. Roussin, who has signed to compete at Missouri Baptist University, scored all 19 of the Hornets’ points as she also was fourth in the triple jump in 10.48 and fifth in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.92 seconds.
