Sharon R. Schindler, 77, of Arnold died Nov. 3, 2026, in Arnold. Mrs. Schindler was a registered nurse, and she was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Imperial. Born April 7, 1949, in Perryville, she was the daughter of the late Elda (Schott) and Carl Franklin.
She is survived by her husband: Russel J. Schindler of Arnold; two children: Kristina (Jason) Evans and Erik (Karen) Schindler; four siblings: Sandra Hudson, Dianne (John) Balsman, Gary (Wendy) Franklin and Donna (Rick) Schremp; six grandchildren: Zachary, Joseph and Alexandria Evans and Norah, Evan and Luke Schindler; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12, at St. John Catholic Church, 4614 Blue Springs Drive, in Imperial. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
