Robert Paul Wallenbrock, 68, of De Soto died June 18, 2020, at Parkland Health Center in Bonne Terre. Mr. Wallenbrock was the retired owner of Netco Construction Co. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Born Aug. 20, 1951, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Elizabeth (White) and Earl O. Wallenbrock.
He is survived by his wife: Peggy (O’Neal) Wallenbrock; two children: Michael (Cathy Barnes) Wallenbrock of Blackwell and Thomas Wallenbrock of De Soto; two stepchildren: Annette (Brian) Johnson of Festus and Melody (Clayton) Adams of Palm City, Fla.; four siblings: Earl O. Wallenbrock II of Barnhart, James E. Wallenbrock of De Soto, Carol (Steve) Thornton of Festus and Shirley Moore of Marshfield; seven grandchildren: Brett and Brendan Voyles, Kyle (Danielle) Barnes, Ashlynn and Nick Johnson and Gavin and Devin Adams; and seven great-grandchildren: Kevin, Selena and Christian Flores, Loguen, Trevor and Tucker Barnes and Carter Johnson.
He was preceded in death by two sisters-in-law: Ruth Wallenbrock and Ella Wallenbrock; a half-sister: Alice Dilley; a granddaughter: Brittany Flores; and a great-grandson: Landen Barnes.
Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
