Patricia E. (Brown) Ditch, 73, of Waynesville died July 20, 2022, at Life Care Center in Waynesville. She previously worked as a nurse’s aide. She enjoyed listening to Jimmy Swaggart Ministries church services. She also enjoyed reading any book written by his ministries and studying the Bible. She loved playing piano and guitar, and planting and tending to her flowers. Born Oct. 6, 1948, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late James L. and Bonnie L. (Livengood) Brown.
She is survived by three children: Tina Young of Waynesville, Rachel (Karsten) Lunde of Rapid City, S.D., and Gabriel (Cassie) Gaskill of Bentonville, Ark; two siblings: Shirley Brown of De Soto and Judy (Bill) Thomas of Florissant; 14 grandchildren: Erika, Michaela, Justyce, Emmett, Piper, Austin, Jayden, Mason, Gavin, Logan, Kristal, William, Jacob and Brittany; 11 great-grandchildren: Lucien, Isabel, Caroline, Christopher, Noel, Tobias, Serena, Lilly, Emma, Kinsley and River.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild: Hasley; and a son-in-law: David Young.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday, July 29, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto, officiated by the Rev. Ron Duncan. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Lonedell. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
