Judith Ann Perkins, 74, of De Soto died June 3, 2023. Ms. Perkins was a special education teacher. She attended Faith Church and enjoyed line dancing, reading, planning vacations, visiting wineries and horses. She volunteered with Helping Hands and Horses in Herculaneum and kept a Tennessee Walker named Pistol. Born Feb. 1, 1949, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Bernetta (Holiday) and Pat Dehart.
She is survived by two children: Aaron Perkins of St. Louis and Abbra (Matthew) White of Columbia, Ill.; a sister: Deborah (Lloyd) Degnan of Imperial; two grandchildren: Madilyn and Emilia of Columbia, Ill.; a niece: Heather Rice; two great-nieces: Mayzie and Landry of Kimmswick; a nephew: Sean (Chrissy) Degnan; and a great-nephew: Jameson.
Memorial visitation will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County.
