Jeannie (Fisher) Baughman Rhodes, 69, of Arnold died July 18, 2023, in Arnold. Mrs. Rhodes was a self-employed dog groomer. She was a lifetime member of the Saluki Club of America. Born Feb. 12, 1954, in Springfield, she was the daughter of Florence (Scott) Richardson of Houston, Mo., and the late Jack Fisher.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children: Joshua (Sherry) Baughman of De Soto, Andrea (Justin) Petersburg of Springfield and Ashley (Matt) Mayer of Arnold; five siblings: Bill Fisher of Houston, Mo., Diane Rutledge of Arnold, Lee (Julie) Fisher of Florissant, Jimmy (Donna) Fisher of Arnold and Jerry Richardson of Houston, Mo.; six grandchildren: Nicholas Montgomery, Alison Petersburg, Ava Petersburg, Matthew Mayer, Eden Mayer and Juniper Mayer; her mother-in-law: Agnes (the late Ken) Baughman of Arnold; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a great-nephew: Samuel Rutledge.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 23, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Private burial will take place in the Stubbs Cemetery in Mountain Grove. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
