Trevor Alan Eggemeyer, 32, of Festus died Nov. 6, 2024. Mr. Eggemeyer was a member of the Festus-Crystal City Elks Lodge 1721 for 12 years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He is remembered for always being willing to help anyone. Born Feb. 26, 1992, in St. Louis, he was the son of Pennie L. Griffin (Craig) Strother of Festus and Dale A. Eggemeyer of Festus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers: Jordan M. Eggemeyer of Festus and Jesse T. Proffitt of Crystal City; and numerous family members and friends.
A celebration of life is scheduled from noon until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Elks Lodge, 4 Elks Dr., in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, 199 Water St., 11th Floor, New York, NY, 10038 or to the Festus-Crystal City Elks Lodge. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
