Stephen “Steve” Wilson, 68, of De Soto died Nov. 13, 2024, in Farmington. Mr. Wilson worked for the Carpenter’s Union and was a member of Teamsters Local 618. Born Oct. 29, 1956, in Hillsboro, he was the son of the late Wanda M. (Stewart) and Cleophus “Jack” Wilson.
He is survived by his wife: Terri Davidson of De Soto; three children: Stacy (Dallas) Hamilton of Park Hills, Toni Poe of Barnhart and Brandi Wilson of Florida; two siblings: Frank Wilson of De Soto and Betty (the late Karl) Spurgin of De Soto; a sister-in-law: Pat Connor of Farmington; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and four dogs: Ruby June, Mabel Rose, Lucy Eileen and Ani Gail.
He was preceded in death by three siblings: Robert “Bob” Wilson, Alice (Jake) Dufrenne and William “Bill” (Ethel survives) Wilson; and a niece: Linda Christopher.
No services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
