Sarah Bicklein, 48, of House Springs died Sept. 10, 2026. For more than 20 years, Ms. Bicklein worked as the office manager of Crystal City Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. There, she built many relationships and loved her coworkers, Tressa, Trish and Nancy, as well as Dr. Avellone. She loved to travel and looked forward to the annual floating and boating trips she shared with Kelly and Sarah and her friends, Christine and Courtenay. More recently, she took up frisbee golf with a good friend who also introduced her to new foods and cultural experiences. She loved attending the annual Eagles Wings Kids charity trivia night and was fiercely competitive when it came to daily Wordle challenges, Words with Friends, and a family favorite, Progressive Rummy. She also enjoyed playing pool and bowling. She loved lighthouses and their symbolism and adored her cats, Millie and James, who brought her much companionship. Most of all, she loved being a mother and spending time with her family, especially her sons. She will be remembered for her kindness, laughter, gentle spirit, warmth, caring nature and the way she loved others. She was born Oct. 8, 1977, in Des Peres.  

She is survived by two sons: Kaleb Ingram and Owen Ingram; the father of her sons and her former husband: Ben Ingram; her mother: Mary Forrest-Bock and Jane Bock; a brother, Kelly (Sarah) Bierbaum; her stepmother: MardiAnne Bierbaum; a stepdaughter: Reagan Bicklein; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father: Waburn “Willie” Clarence Bierbaum

Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
