Sandra Ann Lilliech, 73, of Festus died May 3, 2025, at Scenic Nursing Center in Herculaneum. Ms. Lilliech began her career in the local newspaper business and worked in composing for the Daily New Democrat and Courier Journal in Festus. She then worked in various positions for Waste Management. Born Sept. 30, 1951, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Irene Myrtle (Marberry) Crump and Orville Raymond Crump.
She is survived by a son: Brad (Barbara) Lilliech of Kirbyville; her partner: Roy E. Warden of Festus; two granddaughters: Cierra Lilliech and Kayla Lilliech; a great-granddaughter: Kira Scoggin; a brother: David (the late Londa) Crump of Crystal City; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 8, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Mark McMullen. Burial will follow in the Herculaneum Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
