Paul G. Michael, 71, of De Soto died Feb. 27, 2025, at Community Manor in Farmington. Mr. Michael worked in maintenance at Summerset Lake. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Born June 9, 1953, in Victoria, he was the son of the late Velma “Betty” (Parisett) and Earl Michael.
He is survived by a son: Dustin Michael; five siblings: David Michael of Dittmer; Carol Sue (Morris) Vanattia of Murphysboro, Tenn., Connie (Bobby) Sammons of Murphysboro, Tenn., Denise Michael of De Soto and Becky (Rich) Charboneau of De Soto; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by six siblings: Timothy “Scott” Michael, Patty Nicholson, Donna McClanahan, Shirley Chilton, Gary Michael and Mark Michael.
A private burial will be held at a later date in Victoria Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
