Paul F. Bradford, 58, of De Soto died Feb. 21, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mr. Bradford worked as a carpenter and most recently as an inspector for Spire. He was a member of the Carpenters Union and the Gas Workers Union. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and working on cars. Born Feb. 20, 1967, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Roy Franklin and Clara Louise (Smith) Bradford.
He is survived by his wife: Kimberly (Holt) Bradford of De Soto; five children: Michael (Amanda) Bradford of Mt. Vernon, Ill., Adam (Danielle) Bradford of Springfield, Va., Mackenzie (Mike Talerico) Paige of Mt. Vernon, Ill., Phelicity (Josh Hoffee) Holt of Fenton and Roy (Mercedes Kaspar) Bradford of De Soto; a sibling: Deborah (Randall) Shields of Wentzville; 10 grandchildren: Liam, Colin, Jude, Darcy, Vivian, Noah, Jonah, Anna, Derek and Harrison; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, March 1, at the funeral home, officiated by Keith Gillming. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
