Leann Jeanette Kelly, 71, of Park Hills died Nov. 26, 2024. Mrs. Kelly worked as an instructor at Mineral Area College. She was also head of the business department at Festus High School where she coached the Pom Squad. After retiring from teaching, she owned and operated the Parkland Flower Girl for about 15 years as well as the Park Hills Sports Complex for almost 10 years. She had many hobbies including spending time outside, baking, traveling, riding motorcycles and helping others. Born July 31, 1953, in Bonne Terre, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Betty Coale.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: George Paul Lewis and Lawrence Ray Kelly.
She is survived by two sons: Eric Reed Lewis (Julie) and Coby Dale Lewis; four grandchildren: Madison (Jacob), Mackinzey, Haley and Taylor (Josh); four siblings: Regina, Mike, J.W. (JoBeth) and Robert (Mary); and many other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law: Christina Marie Lewis.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Horton-Wampler Funeral Home, 1 Federal Park Ave., in Park Hills. An additional visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Horton-Wampler Funeral Home.
