Judith Diane “DeeDee” Thomas, 77, of Fenton died Dec. 9, 2025. Mrs. Thomas will be remembered for her kindness and generosity. Born April 3, 1948, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Dorothy (Snodgrass) Freeman.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Tommy Thomas.
She is survived by a daughter: Kelly (Nathan) Steffens; three grandchildren: Tawny, Dakota and Ryan; two great-grandchildren; her nephews and nieces; and numerous other family members and friends.
She also was preceded in death by siblings: William Freeman and Barbara Thomas.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A funeral ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill. Memorials may be made to the Special Olympics at support.specialolympics.org/a/donate.
