Joyce Fern Ott, 93, of Arnold died Feb. 16, 2025. Mrs. Ott was a homemaker, a teacher for 33 years at Immaculate Conception/Holy Child Elementary School, served as the religion coordinator for Immaculate Conception Parish, served as a eucharistic minister to the residents of a local nursing home and was a caregiver to various family members. She enjoyed tending to her vegetable and flower gardens and traveling with her husband. Born July 25, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Goldie Roth.
She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 66 years: Kenneth C. Ott.
She is survived by four sons: Steven (Cindy), Brian (Theresa), Paul (Janice) and Keith (Jill) Ott; 10 grandchildren: Brian II (Jennifer) Ott, Timothy (Lindsay) Ott, Douglas (Alicia) Ott, Daniel (Rebecca) Ott, Benjamin (Sabrina) Ott, Matthew (Nikki) Ott, Amy (Patrick) DeClue, Mary (Eric) Ling, Clayton (Jennifer) Ott and Sarah (Sterling) Bailey; three siblings; Mary Ann Schwent, Theodore Roth and Edward Roth; 25 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandsons.
She also was preceded in death by a son: Dwight Ott; and three siblings: Vera Hanneken, Leona Boswell and David Roth.
