Keilholz, John

John Otto Keilholz, 95, of Arnold died Aug. 1, 2024, in St. Louis. Mr. Keilholz worked at the Anheuser Busch power plant for 32 years. He was a member of the Canaan Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and with several other ministries. Born Aug. 8, 1928, in St. Louis, he was the son of Dora Wuelding and Conrad Keilholz.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years: Ima (Jean) Keilholz.

He is survived by two children: Johnny (Judy) Keilholz of Imperial and Janet (Clay) Fisk of House Springs; five grandchildren: Jennifer (Nathan) Franklin of Arnold, Jason (Margaret) Keilholz of  Philadelphia, Mo., Danielle Menner of House Springs, Joshua (Jessi) Fisk of Hillsboro and Chase Fisk of Hillsboro; 10 great-grandchildren: Nevaeh Fisk of House Springs, Halle Keilholz of Philadelphia, Mac Keilholz of Philadelphia, Cameron Franklin of Arnold, Evan Franklin of Arnold, Tyson Franklin of Arnold, Jaxon Menner of House Springs, Callie Menner of House Springs, Roman Fisk of Hillsboro and Quincy Fisk of Hillsboro; a great-great-granddaughter: Oaklee Fisk; and numerous family members and friends.

He also was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter: Nyla Keilholz.

Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. today, Aug. 5, at the Canaan Baptist Church, 5409 Baumgartner Road, in St. Louis. Visitation will resume at 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the church, officiated by the Rev. Daniel Carr. Burial will be in Boss Cemetery in Boss. Memorials may be made to Canaan Baptist Church or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
